Brett W. Schouest

As leader of the firm's Business and Commercial Litigation practice group, Brett represents and counsels corporations, financial institutions, partnerships, family owned businesses and other small companies and business entities, as well as high wealth individuals, involved in business litigation disputes. His emphasis is on litigation concerning insurance coverage, construction, real estate, financial transactions, computer technology, business contract and tort disputes and business owner/officer issues. Brett represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation forums, and provides pre- and post-litigation risk avoidance analysis and counseling.
