David Roth is head of the firm's Energy industry task force and counsels clients in the full spectrum of natural resource law including oil, gas, water, renewables, energy and environmental issues. He is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and regularly recognized by his peers and colleagues throughout the region for his natural resources knowledge. In addition to his experience guiding oil and gas companies in all facets of exploration, David advised on one of the largest wind farm projects in the state of Texas and regularly provides environmental counsel to public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestments of operating companies and properties. He is a frequent author and speaker on numerous natural resources issues and trends, including oil and gas leases, wind power, water and mineral rights. |
