Jimmy is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He assists clients in a broad range of projects involving commercial real estate; mortgage lending; commercial debt finance, including traditional bank commercial loans, publicly and privately placed debt offerings and syndicated commercial loans; municipal bond transactions; and securitization of financial assets. Jimmy’s clients include public and private companies; financial institutions; municipalities and other governmental entities; universities; real estate investors; developers and end users; and institutional healthcare providers.
In his commercial finance practice, Jimmy often works in a leadership capacity with a team of merger and acquisition attorneys assisting both public and private clients in acquisition and divestiture activities. He also works with bankruptcy/creditors’ rights attorneys to obtain financing for clients reorganizing in bankruptcies or acquiring assets from bankruptcy estates.
Jimmy is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association and San Antonio Bar Association. He is also a past Director of the Texas Wildlife Association and a member of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio. |
