Jeffrey C. "Jeff" Gifford

Jeff Gifford’s corporate law knowledge ranges from counseling clients on public and private securities transactions and mergers and acquisitions, to facilitating domestic and international commercial transactions. He works closely with the firm's other practice groups, as well as external accountants, investment bankers and other professionals to address and handle the complex issues that characteristically arise in transactions, resulting in favorable conclusions for his clients. Jeff also advises publicly traded and privately held companies on organizational restructuring and corporate governance matters.
