As the senior attorney in the firm’s public utility/public law department, Jon Wood has experience in the energy industries in Texas, including natural gas transportation and distribution; electric generation, transmission and distribution; and nuclear energy. His clients include national corporations doing business in Texas, Texas energy companies, and government entities, whom he advises on numerous regulatory and litigation matters as well as general counsel consultations. His team has a long-standing relationship with CPS Energy, San Antonio’s municipally-owned electric and gas company, and he has served as general counsel for STP Nuclear Operating Company since its foundation in 1997. |
