Kathleen Walker is known internationally as a leader in the field of immigration law. In addition to advising clients on the complex issues related to business immigration, she advocates at local, state, and federal levels for comprehensive immigration reform, the improvement of national border security infrastructure and procedures, consular processing and admission procedures for foreign nationals, and improvement in the provision of pro bono immigration services and detention standards. Kathleen is regularly called upon to provide testimony on immigration law and policy before the U.S. Congress as well as the Texas House and Senate, and she is frequently interviewed by the media for her perspective on immigration issues.
