Jermaine Watson assists clients with matters related to creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. With experience counseling clients in the construction, energy and financial services industries, Jermaine’s practice focuses primarily on Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations and bankruptcy-related litigation. He has represented Chapter 11 bankruptcy debtors, secured creditors and trade creditors before bankruptcy courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
