With experience counseling clients in the construction, energy and financial services industries, Jermaine’s practice focuses primarily on Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations and bankruptcy-related litigation. He has represented Chapter 11 bankruptcy debtors, secured creditors and trade creditors before bankruptcy courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. |
