Ross Davidson assists clients with a broad range of matters related to corporate and securities law. He has experience working on a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and debt financings, joint ventures, securities offerings and domestic and international commercial transactions. Ross works closely with internal legal departments, accountants, investment bankers and other professional service providers to address the complex issues that typically arise in such transactions. He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance, organizational and contract matters and compliance with federal and state securities laws. |
