Tyler Peace assists clients with matters related to estate planning, probate, and wealth transfer law. He assists clients in planning and implementing sophisticated estate plans, including the preparation of tax-planned wills, defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and family limited partnerships. |
