Leader of the firm’s Litigation / Arbitration practice group, Thomas Sanders represents clients in litigation and arbitrations in a diverse range of complex commercial matters, including high exposure insurance and reinsurance matters. In addition to the insurance industry, Thomas represents private and publicly traded companies in the oil and gas and financial institutions industries, among others. Thomas has prosecuted and defended individual and class claims involving securities fraud, insurance bad faith, ERISA fiduciary and discrimination claims, royalty disputes, deceptive trade practices, products liability, false advertising, reinsurance disputes, and intellectual property disputes. |
