Roger Wilson, who serves as head of the firm’s public law practice, has assisted public entity and electric cooperative clients for more than 25 years and has experience handling analysis and compliance with state, local and federal laws. He is recognized for his experience in counseling municipal and electric cooperative clients in a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters. Roger has represented clients in contested administrative proceedings, been an advocate of client positions in agency rulemakings and judicial rule challenges on numerous occasions, and worked extensively with client governmental relations personnel in connection with legislative analysis and bill drafting. |
