Parking Information

Visitor parking is available in the One Congress Plaza parking garage located on Brazos on the right side of the street (between Cesar Chavez (1st Street) and 2nd Street).  It is the first garage on your right.  Please do not park in a Reserved parking space.  Take the elevators in the garage to the Plaza Level of the building.  Ride the escalator up to the Street Level and go to the center bank of elevators (18-30). Take this elevator to the Shuttle floor (25).  Transfer to the Shuttle elevator and ride that to the 28th floor. Please bring your parking ticket with you for validation.

From IH 35 North (Round Rock):

• As you approach the downtown area, traveling south on IH 35.
• Exit 1st – 3rd Streets, exit marker #234A.
• Turn right at the light onto Cesar Chavez (1st Street).
• Turn right onto Brazos.
• Turn right into the first parking garage.
• The parking garage is located on Brazos on the right side of the street (between Cesar Chavez (1st Street) and 2nd streets).

 From IH 35 South (Buda):

• As you approach the downtown area, traveling north on IH 35 North.
• Exit 2nd – 4th Streets, exit marker #234B.
• Turn left onto Cesar Chavez (1st Street).
• Proceed West, under IH35.
• Turn right onto Brazos.
• Turn right into the first parking garage.
• The parking garage is located on Brazos on the right side of the street (between Cesar Chavez (1st Street) and 2nd streets).

 From MoPac (Loop 1)/183 (Research Blvd.):

• Travel south on Mopac (Loop 1).
• Exit onto the 1st – 5th Street ramp, bearing right onto 1st Street (Cesar Chavez).
• Continue east, crossing over Congress Avenue.
• Turn left onto Brazos, making an immediate right into the parking garage.
• The parking garage is located on Brazos on the right side of the street (between Cesar Chavez (1st Street) and 2nd streets).

 From Austin Bergstrom International Airport (Hwy. 71 and 183):

• After leaving airport property.
• Turn left after going under Highway 71 and take the ramp onto 71.
• Follow the ramp towards Airport Blvd./TX-1111/ 1st – 5th – 7th Streets.
• Road name will change to East Cesar Chavez (1st Street).
• Cross over IH35.
• Turn right onto Brazos.
• The parking garage is located on Brazos on the right side of the street (between Cesar Chavez (1st Street) and 2nd streets).
